An orchestration event is any AI-triggered action: a journey intervention, a contact routing decision, a churn prediction score, or a proactive notification. Inbound reads and analytics queries do not count.
Pilot plans are available on a monthly basis. Professional and Enterprise plans are typically 12-month agreements, with quarterly billing available on request.
